About Haley Baldwin

Haley Baldwin is a founding partner of Ladis & Baldwin Law Group, PLLC. The focus of her practice is advocating for the rights of her clients and ensuring a just result.

Haley is admitted to the New York State Bar. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center on Long Island, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. While attending Touro, she was an editor on the Touro Law Review. Prior to graduating from Touro, she received her B.A. degree in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook.

Haley's legal career began when she was appointed by the Honorable Madeline Singas, District Attorney of Nassau County, to serve as an Assistant District Attorney. There, she investigated, assessed, and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. She gained experience conducting evidentiary hearings and spent countless hours in the courtroom. She was assigned to the domestic violence unit, where she received specialized training in the assessment of sex crimes and domestic violence cases. She was also assigned to the sex trafficking part, where she assessed unlicensed practice and prostitution cases. Of the utmost importance, Haley received extensive training in the 2020 Bail Reform Act and the latest article 245 discovery laws, which gives her the upper hand in protecting the rights of her clients.

Haley is a member in good standing of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Criminal Courts Bar Association of Nassau County, and the Jewish Lawyers Association of Nassau County.
